Dominique Aubry
Dominique Aubry is an education professional who has been working with government, non-profit and education institutions for over 7 years. She has always been highly active in clubs and organizations and took a specific interest in boards upon completing graduate school. It was then that she became the President of the City Year Philadelphia Alumni Association and also sat on their national alumni board. Since that time, her love for board, associations and network management has transitioned from a volunteer activity to a professional career. Dominique has lead multiple prestigious non-profit and alumni boards in an effort to increase membership, volunteer participation and build donor cultivation pathways.
Today, Dominique manages a board & network management firm while overseeing The Prep League an organization she co-founded with her brother to support the New England independent & boarding school alumni community. Most recently, Dominique provided a training at the University of Pennsylvania 2013 Volunteer Leadership Retreat.
Dominique keeps up to date with business practices as a lean methodology trainer and speaker. She also maintains a blog on alumni, boards and cultivation.

Stephanie Raible
Stephanie Raible has been working in higher education over the past decade in consulting, administration, and teaching roles across the United States and Europe. As a leader within several prominent alumni and non-profit boards, Stephanie has translated a career in international education to specializing in engaging membership across geographic boundaries. Her leadership roles include being the Co-Founder/Vice President of the joint alumni professional network, International Network of Innovators in Education (INIE); Leader of a successful entrepreneurship consortium, REALISE IT; Centennial Chair of the Education Alumni Association of University of Pennsylvania; Vice President/Former Promotions Director of the Erasmus Mundus Association's North American Chapter (EMA-NA); and United Nations NGO Representative for the award-winning organization, Global Education Motivators (GEM).
Stephanie is a currently a doctoral student of Organizational Leadership, with two graduate degrees in Higher Education Management and Lifelong Learning Policy and Management.
